Course Description

From October 22th 2026 to April 25th 2027, students, working in international groups, take part in a collaborative learning experience focused on current educational policy issues.   Through exchanges with peers from different countries, they gain insight into other education systems and develop their ability to produce international comparisons.   Groups select a common educational policy issue and examine its relevance within their respective national contexts by analysing its causes, the measures implemented by governments, and the outcomes observed, drawing on official documents and scientific literature. This comparative work highlights both similarities and differences among the educational policies studied while fostering an understanding of how social, cultural, economic, and political contexts shape policy choices.   Throughout the project, students strengthen their English language competence by engaging in professional discussions with partners from different cultural backgrounds. They also develop their intercultural skills by using their knowledge and collaborative findings to prepare and present clear oral and written reports for a variety of audiences.   Through teamwork in multicultural environments and the use of digital collaboration tools, they enhance their online communication skills and experiment with methods that support effective international cooperation.
